Our company president, Allan Wiener, is an Operations Management Professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and overhaul, material and inventory control, purchasing , costing, and budget control. In addition, he
has expertise in business and computer systems integration.

He is a results oriented manager who understands customer commitments and gets the job done.

Mr. Wiener's background includes being Director of Operations
at BF Goodrich Aerospace and Eastern Airlines. Some of his accomplishments and areas of expertise are listed below:



 
Directed operations for facilities ranging from 100,000 to 600,000 sq.ft. and personnel staffing from 300 to 900 employees.
Remanufacture and overhaul of commercial aircraft engines and landing gears for domestic and international airlines.
Controlled over 40,000 different part numbers with detailed knowledge of MRP II
Initiated significant product turnaround time improvements, from an average of 85 days down to 35 days
Extensive experience in negotiating with a unionized labor force
Ramped up operations to support an increase in sales from $8 million in 1993 to $48 million in 1996
Kept the fleet of over 300 aircraft supplied with engines, their components and landing gears, producing over 480 engines per year and 350 landing gear legs/year
Detailed knowledge of shop floor control, including manpower and capacity planning, scheduling, dispatch and material planning
Extensive background in procurement, traffic, inventory and stockroom controls
